Quantinuum reports that its Helios trapped-ion quantum computer reached 99.9995% logical fidelity — five errors per million operations — using a color code. The company says that is ten times lower than its own September 2026 record and within the target range for Apollo, its planned fault-tolerant machine expected by 2029. The XENONnT experiment, built to hunt for dark matter, has detected solar neutrinos at energies as low as 17 keV, far below the roughly 200 keV threshold of earlier experiments. The detector holds six tons of pure xenon about 4,600 feet beneath Italy's Gran Sasso mountain. Read the full story: XENONnT detects lowest-energy solar neutrinos yet, down to 17 keV
